Vietnamese Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tsp. cooking oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. or more cooked vegetables (optional)
1 c. or more cooked meat
Preparation

In large skillet add first 7 ingredients.
Stir-fry until tender and hot.
Mix in meat.
Add rice and stir-fry 5 minutes. Add vegetables, stirring well.
