Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, cornmeal, vanilla, butter and vinegar. Mix well.
    Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir gently.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
