Puffy Omelet(Makes About 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or other fat
Preparation
    Separate
    yolks
    from
    whites and beat yolks with milk, salt and pepper until foamy.
    Fold in stiffly beaten whites.
