Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. creamed corn
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    onion, chopped
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Mix well and bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
