Caribbean Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
    2 tsp. instant coffee powder
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. broken walnuts
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream the butter with brown sugar.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add melted chocolate chips, coffee powder and rum.
    Stir in flour and walnuts.
    Turn into pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with a few walnuts after baking.
