Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. minute rice
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 pieces chicken
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    In a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish combine ingredients.
    Brush chicken with bitter and salt & pepper. Place chicken on top of rice. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
