Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. softened butter
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 eggs
    1 c. light corn syrup
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. strawberry jam
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix flour, butter, 1/3 cup corn syrup, the granulated sugar and salt in large bowl.
    Spread evenly in pan.
    Blend cream cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs until well blended.
    Beat in 1 cup corn syrup and the vanilla until smooth.
    Pour over dough.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until edges are light brown and filling is set.
    Spread with jam. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
    Cut into 2-inch bars.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
