Strawberry Salad Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry-banana gelatin
    2 c. water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberry halves
    3 sliced bananas
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    12 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    To gelatin, add 2 cups boiling water, then all the remaining ingredients, except for sour cream.
    Place half the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan and chill for 1 hour.
    Spread sour cream over mixture; add remaining gelatin, fruit and nut mixture.
    Chill until firm.
    Serves 12.
