Mushroom Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix soup with water.
    Add 1/4 cup soup/water to ground beef. Add egg, bread crumbs, onion, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
    Mix well. Shape into small balls.
    Brown in 1 tablespoon canola oil then pour remaining soup/water over meat balls and simmer 25 minutes.
