Pina Colada Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. pineapple jello
    4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    2 tsp. rum extract
    2 oz. cream cheese
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    In a 2-quart pan, boil water; remove from heat.
    Add jello's; stir until dissolved.
    Add juice and rum extract.
    Chill until thickened, but not set.
