Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 peck sweet banana peppers
1 gal. hot (jalapeno) peppers
1 or 2 gal. tomatoes
3 or 4 c. sugar
1 c. cooking (Crisco) oil
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a large heavy pot.
Bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat until the liquid comes together in a smooth sauce, probably about 1 hour.
Put in jars and seal.
Try some on beans, peas, meats.
Very good!
