Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon before adding other ingredients.
    Grease cookie sheet and cover with wax paper. Pour mixture in pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    While hot, roll and place in freezer for 15 minutes.
    After cooling down, remove wax paper.
    Spread on filling and roll again.
