Pumpkin Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 graham cracker squares, crushed
1/2 c. or 1 stick oleo or butter, melted
2 c. sugar, divided
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. cooked pumpkin
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
3 egg whites, beaten
whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip (optional)
Preparation

Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1/2 cup of the sugar.
Pat into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
