Pork Chop Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. cooked pork
    2 c. water or broth
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in oil for 5 minutes.
    Add pork, broth, soy sauce and molasses.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add bean sprouts. Stir in cornstarch blended with a little broth.
    Cook until thickened.
    Serve on chow mein noodles or rice.
