Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 lb. potatoes
    6 eggs, hard-boiled
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    parsley
    shredded carrots
    1 1/2 gal. milk more (if you desire)
    4 to 6 cans cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
