Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy cornmeal mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) carton cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes till golden brown.
Serves 12.
