Venison Tenderloins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tenderloins
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Whip eggs and milk together.
    Dip tenderloin in mixture and coat with corn flake crumbs.
    Season with salt and pepper. Put in pan and bake
    in
    a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    When the top and sides are nicely browned, turn over.
    Serves 4 people.
