Turkey Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. stuffing (the leftovers)
    1 c. chopped turkey
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 beaten eggs
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Press leftover stuffing into a 9-inch pie plate, forming a crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
