Mondel Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 t. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 t. baking powder
    1 c. Mazola Oil (do not substitute)
    3/4 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick and creamy. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Alternate dry ingredients with egg mixture. Add oil and mix well. Add nuts. Grease and flour a cookie sheet. Shape bread into two loaves and bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 35-40 minutes.
    Slice diagonally and put back into the oven to toast for 5-10 minutes.
