Honey Rose Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. orange extract
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream together the first six ingredients.
    Sift flour, cinnamon and salt together.
    Add alternately with part of the buttermilk to creamed mixture.
    Add vinegar and soda to the last part of the buttermilk and mix well.
    Add red food coloring to complete mixture and pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
