Corn Plus Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 small jar pimento
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can yellow corn
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper.
    Grease glass dish.
    Pour ingredients in (except 1/2 of the cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup cheese).
    Mix well, then add remaining topping.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
