Sweet Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pumpkin
2 c. sugar
3 c. milk (1 sweetened canned milk plus 2 c. regular milk)
6 eggs
dash of vanilla and salt
2 (9-inch) pie crust shells
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except pie crust shells, with mixer.
Put in pie crust shells.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake at 425\u00b0 for the first 15 minutes; reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes more.
Total baking time is 40 minutes.
Yields two (9-inch) pies.
