Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Sauer's parsley flakes
    2 to 3 tsp. seafood seasoning
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    bread crumbs for dredging (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, but optional bread crumbs.
    Gently pat into
    crab\tcakes.\tRoll cakes in bread crumbs if desired. Fry in cooking oil over medium heat until brown.
