Italian Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. Crisco
    3 egg yolks, beaten well, adding enough water to make 1 cup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients into a ball.
    Roll dough between wax paper, making a crust for a 10 x 13 inch pan and leaving enough dough for lattice on top.
    Line the dough on bottom and sides of pan. Pour in filling.
    Make lattice for top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife comes out clean (as a custard pie).
    Use a glass pan to make it easy to store.
