Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
4 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk, scalded
nutmeg
Preparation
-
Blend eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Gradually stir in scalded milk. Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife in center of custard comes out clean.
