Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, cut in large pieces
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    About 25 minutes before serving:
    Put carrots and salt in medium saucepan over medium heat in 1 inch boiling water.
    Cook for 15 minutes, or until tender but still firm.
    Drain.
    Add butter, sugar and nutmeg.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until carrots are glazed.
    Makes 4 servings.
