Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 small onion
    1 bay leaf
    12 oz. can beef stock
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash, slice and cook mushrooms until tender.
    Drain.
    Cook flour and butter together until brown.
    Add stock, onion and bay leaf.
    Cook about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove onion and bay leaf.
    Add mushrooms.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and reheat.
