Chicken Delight(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 slices bacon
6 half chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/2 pt. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 pkg. chipped dried beef (25 slices)
1 can mushrooms, well drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Line baking dish with beef.
Place chicken on top.
Mix soup, sour cream and mushrooms.
Spoon over chicken.
Place half slice of bacon on chicken pieces.
Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
