Kolachi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. lukewarm milk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 whole egg and 1 yolk, beaten
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Melt oleo and cool.
    Put yeast and sugar in large bowl.
    Add warm milk and mix.
    Let stand about 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients in order given.
    Mix well.
    If tacky, add a little more flour.
    Knead for 5 minutes on a floured board.
    Cut in four pieces and form four balls.
    Knead each ball for 3 minutes and set in lightly floured bowl.
    Cover with a heavy towel.
