Hot Chili Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 medium onions
    2 cans Hormel chili (no beans)
    2 (10 oz.) cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    12 sliced olives
    4 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions in a skillet, season with salt and pepper.
    Place beef and onions in slow cooker, add chili, Ro-Tel tomatoes and beans.
    Stir, cover and cook for 2 hours on high setting.
    When ready to serve, top with cheese, olives and green onions.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Serves approximately 25.
