Shrimp And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

20 oz. broccoli, defrosted
1 pkg. Knorr brand Hollandaise sauce
1 pkg. Knorr brand mushroom sauce
1 lb. peeled shrimp
half and half
Preparation

Saute shrimp for 6 to 8 minutes in butter.
Mix the sauces. Follow instructions on the package for the Hollandaise sauce and mushroom sauce for the quantity of liquid, but use half and half instead of milk.
Layer broccoli in baking dish (flat).
Cover with shrimp.
Pour sauce over.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Can sprinkle Italian bread crumbs 5 minutes before done.
