Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except powdered sugar.
Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
Shape rounded teaspoonful dough into 1-inch balls.
Place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 18 to 25 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar while still warm and when cool.
