Crock-Pot Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. diced lean venison
    1 medium onion, diced
    4 ribs celery, diced
    4 carrots, diced
    3/4 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    4 c. water
    garlic salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except carrots and rice in crock-pot. Cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours.
    Add carrots and rice; simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 additional hours.
    Place on low until ready to eat.
    Delicious with corn bread.
