Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 -20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. buttery cracker crumbs (Town House)
Preparation
    Drain pineapples, reserving 3 Tbsp. of its juice.
    Combine sugar and flour.
    Stir in reserved pineapple juice.
    Add pineapple and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Spoon mixture into greased casserole dish. Combine melted margarine and cracker crumbs, stirring well. Sprinkle crumbs over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
    You may double this recipe.
