Alfredo Sauce(Very Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. Molly McButter
    1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    dash or two red pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in the container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
    Heat thoroughly over very low heat; don't cook, just heat.
    Combine this with various vegetables for a low-fat meal.
    Serve with the pasta of your choice.
