Out-Of-The-Garden Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 (1 oz.) envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1/2 c. finely chopped broccoli
    1 c. finely chopped carrots
    1 c. finely chopped cauliflower
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Allow cream cheese to set at room temperature 30 minutes or until soft.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Separate rolls into 8 triangles; place on greased 12-inch pizza pan with elongated triangle points toward center.
    Press dough together to form crust.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until brown.
    Cool.
