Moo Goo Gai Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 lb. bok choy, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 oz. bamboo shoots, sliced
    2 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
    2 oz. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Fry chicken for 30 seconds.
    Boil bok choy 1 minute.
    Add vegetables and garlic to hot oil.
    Stir-fry 1 minute.
    Add chicken.
    Stir-fry 1 minute.
    Add sauce and bring to a boil. Serve with rice.
