Crab And Shrimp Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep 9-inch pie shells
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    8 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 can New England clam chowder
    6 oz. small shrimp
    6 oz. can crab, rinse and drain well
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake pie shells until light brown.
    Line the shells with the Swiss.
    Combine the beaten eggs, sour cream and chowder in a bowl; mix well.
    Stir in shrimp, crab meat, mushrooms and seasonings. Pour evenly into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
