Sausage--Potato Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bulk pork sausage (mild, regular, hot; your choice)
1 (30 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 1/2 tsp. salt, divided
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
2 c. milk
Preparation

Brown sausage. Prepare hash browns according to package directions, using 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Stir together sausage, hash browns and cheese. Pour in a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Whisk together eggs, milk and remaining 1 teaspoon of salt. Pour evenly over potato mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
