"Burrito" Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can refried beans
    1/3 taco sauce
    2 c. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    1 medium tomato, diced
Preparation
    About 1 hour before serving, fry tortillas, one at a time, in salad oil about 30 seconds on each side until lightly browned and blistered.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In same skillet over high heat, fry hamburger and onion until done. Drain, then add green chilies, refried beans, taco sauce and salt. In 9-inch pie pan, place 1 tortilla; top with 1/4 of bean mixture and 1/4 cheese.
    Repeat 3 times.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Top with lettuce, tomato and more taco sauce. Sour cream is also good with it.
