Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. strawberry preserves
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream the butter, sugar and extracts.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with preserves and sour cream.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 5 x 9-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
