Broccoli-Onion Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
    2 c. frozen whole small onions
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    3 oz. cream cheese, cut up
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    toasted almonds, sliced
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and onions in boiling salt water until tender (about 8 minutes).
    Drain.
    Melt butter or oleo, blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk all at once, cook and stir until bubbly.
    Blend in cream cheese.
    Remove from heat, stir in wine. Fold in vegetables.
    Put into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven from 30 to 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle almonds over top.
