Cinnamon Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cake yeast
    3/4 c. lukewarm water
    3 c. flour
    butter, melted
Preparation
    Bring cream to boil; add shortening, sugar, soda and salt. Mix well; cool.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix yeast with cream mixture.
    Add flour; knead until smooth.
    Cover with damp cloth 5 minutes.
    Roll into rectangle 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread with butter.
