Fresh Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 c. chopped apples
    nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    raisins or nuts (add if you wish)
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add soda and salt to flour.
    Add chopped apples to sugar and flour mixture and mix well.
    Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
