Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. torn lettuce
6 oz. spinach (bite-size)
8 oz. cooked turkey, cut thin strips
8 oz. cooked ham, cut thin strips
6 oz. Swiss cheese, cut thin strips
1 c. croutons
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
8 pitted black or green olives, halved
3 green onions, chopped
Preparation

Wash all vegetables; drain and cut.
Combine all ingredients in large salad bowl.
Garnish with hard-cooked egg slices, if desired.
Serve with desired dressing.
Zesty Italian is a favorite.
