Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    4 or 5 pork chops, floured and browned slightly
Preparation
    Pour rice in bottom of casserole dish.
    (Season lightly with salt.)
    Cover with onion and bell pepper.
    Place pork chops on top.
    Pour soup and water over pork chops.
    Liquid should cover top of pork chops.
    Bake until rice is done.
    Easy and delicious!
