Tomato Aspic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plain gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 small onion, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water and vinegar.
    Mix tomato juice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Add horseradish, lemon juice and sugar.
    Add softened gelatin; stir until dissolved. Cool.
    Add cabbage, celery, green pepper and pimento.
    Mix well. Pour into mold.
    Chill until firm.
