Blackberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening or oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. Jiffy mix or Bisquick
    3/4 c. blackberries, mashed
Preparation
    Cream shortening and
    add
    sugar.
    Add eggs and beat in well. Add
    remaining
    ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour into greased
    pans.
    Bake
    for
    55 minutes for large loaf pan, or 30 minutes for small loaf.
