Asparagus Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Pepperidge Farm white bread (very thin-sliced loaf)
    1 (15 oz.) can Del Monte asparagus spears
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 oz. Bleu cheese
    1 egg
    2 sticks butter, melted
Preparation
    Trim off crusts from bread.
    Flatten bread with rolling pin, so each slice is really thin.
    Beat together 2 cheeses (which have been softened) and egg.
    Mix well with rotary beater until smooth. (Leave some lumps of Bleu cheese.)
