Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. Wyler's beef flavored instant bouillon
    6 slices Borden cheese slices
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese.
    In a shallow baking dish, shape half of the mixture into loaf.
    Cut 4 slices of cheese into strips.
    Arrange on top of meat.
    Top with remaining meat.
    Press edges together to seal.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Top with remaining cheese slices.
